Willow Construction is an award-winning kitchen and bathroom renovation company. We bring pride and passion to each and every project we do with our team of designers, project managers, and professional tradesmen and women. Willow designs and builds everything from small condo kitchens and bathrooms to full house renovations. We provide a clear and transparent process to help bring your design inspirations to life - on time, and on budget!
Step One - Estimate
Our initial visit and discussion with the client will outline the scope of the project. We would discuss the wants/needs, vision, and design. From that meeting, we would submit an Estimate.
This process ensures that our clients understand the scope of the project, timeline, and an idea of related costs. If the customer wants to proceed to the next step we collect a booking deposit.
Step 2 - Drawing, Designing and Quote
Once a booking deposit is received, we proceed with working with a Structural Engineer and Designer to create drawings for the project. We send the customers to our preferred vendors to choose materials for the project.
Once all drawings are complete and finishing materials are chosen, we submit and update quote on the cost and timeline of the project.
Step 3 - Contract
Once the contract is finalized and signed, planning for the project begins. City permits (if applicable) are submitted to the Township, trades are scheduled, and materials are ordered.
This stage is very critical to comply with deadlines and to avoid any major delays and no surprises.
