It has been our experience that 90% of the walls in your home are bearing some sort of weight. Let us come in to safely and securely remove an unwanted wall in your home at a fair price. We work closely with a Structural Engineer that can give you drawings that can be submitted to the town for a building permit. We would take care of all those details!
Custom Kitchen & 3D Renderings
Whether you want a traditional or a contemporary kitchen, we can help design one for you along with a local Cabinet company. We have many design ideas that we can share with you. Our preferred vendor will sit with you in their showroom or at your home (wherever you prefer) and provide you with a 3D plan and budget. You can choose from many colours, patterns, styles and trends. It is not limited to the cabinets only but applies to the backsplash, handles, knobs, mouldings, doors etc. We offer you several choices that will enhance your cabinets. Plus, we handle all installation and removal for you. We will remove the old cabinets and install the new ones. We will also remove any unwanted cabinetry and leave your home absolutely neat and clean.
In addition to the cabinets, you have to choose your sink, counter-top, tiles, back-splash and colour shades very carefully to have a complete design. Our designer will be willing to guide you in making these decisions and provide you with our preferred vendor list. Shall there be items that are already satisfactory and you do not want to change, we leave them as is. We build the rest of the Kitchen around it and try to achieve maximum compatibility
Painting
Let us handle your next painting project. We clean the walls, fill and sand the imperfections and paint with 2 coats of premium quality paint or your choice of product. We take extra care to cover and protect your floors and items.

Building Permit and Planning
Building offices have become increasingly strict about drawings and plans. You will need more than a scribbled drawing to get one. We can provide detailed plans by a certified structural engineer that will cover everything needed.
Keeping employees and homeowners safe during construction is a must. Our employees have the required training and certifications. We also carry the necessary insurance and WSIB certificates eliminating the homeowner’s liability.
Disposal and Sanitation
Cleaning and garbage disposal is a side effect of every construction project. We coordinate with our preferred disposal company and the clients to match their needs to the budget as part of our standard planning- that way, a garbage bin is not sitting on your driveway for months, costing you more money. Another aspect is that we offer is Sanitation, we are able to provide a bathroom just for our employees and sub-trades upon request.
